There was something I found out recently, a bridge that would take united states some 12 months to build is now taking 24 hours to be built by China and a high rise building that take united states 6 months to build, is now being built by China in 24 hours using prefabricated sections. Correlating wit Abia, roads and culverts that take other states several months to build is now being built within a month. I suggest Abia extend thos to industry and enterprise and jump start the state economy.
