1. If the money you withdraw was used for tuition payment kindly send the receipt with an explanation, so they shouldn't be looking at the closing balance on that acct
2. The money stated for the sponsor, is that the sponsor's closing balance? and is your sponsor a company or an individual
No it was used for my tuition just personal use
And the sponsor is individual account

Hello good day everyone I am glad to join this platform and bring my situation on here and I hope I can get solution to my problem. I applied for a study visa this August which I got rejected but my proof of funds was enough (29 million naira) from my sponsor (Father), a Tuition Deposit, Investment certificate and other documents and I still got refused. I have applied for the GCMS notes to know why I was Refused. Please does anyone here have an idea of how long it will take for the GCMS to be processed? any other helpful information would be highly appreciated. Thanks....

Very certain you must have skipped some tiny important details for you to still be denied after all this

Hello everyone, please does POF have to compulsorily stay in my account for 4 months?

The fund i intend using is a payment from my client which has been delaying for about 3 months (it’s a monthly payment) and they intend to pay all at once in my dom account.

My plan is to apply for visa as soon as it is deposited into my account.

I’m a January intake.

Do you have correspondence with the client that you can prove the delay of payment? Then also proof that the payment ought to have come in monthly? If answer to all above is yes then you can apply. But I will advise after the lump sum deposit has been made, demonstrate the availability of this money by either paying further of part of your tuition or do a GIC. Do a detailed LOE and you will be fine.

You must be in Canada before you can change DLI , register with your school first , when your new school gives you your LoA send it to IRCC to notify them…..

Hello Lolone, as stated 4-6 months is the required statement I want to believe the account already have history so that can make up for the 4 months, when the money drop in your account then you can use it explain to the VO about the money and probably show evidence such as contract document or just anything to back it up.
"it will end in positive result"

In the IMM form you should state the amount reserved for your stay in Canada and not the sponsor's closing balance, if you state the sponsor's closing balance it means he/she is giving you all the money in the account which can't be true even if the sponsor is your parents.

Yes, I have chat history and email threads. I can also prove that the payment should come in monthly with our contract agreement.

On demonstrating the availability of the money, can i book a flight in advance? Asking because I’m using Mpower for my tuition and i have to get PPR before disbursement.

Amen. Thank you.

I’m using 2 accounts. A naira account and dom account. Both of them have history. I have past invoices, dashboards, and contract agreement to back it up.

Good morning everyone. Please I need guide on how to go about Canada study visa.
The school is asking me to make deposit before sending the acceptance letter, what is the possibility of getting my study visa approved at Embassy after making payment?
I'm confused, please help me

Don't think flight ticket is a good idea. GIC would have been ideal

Hi Excel, no one can give you a definite answer on your question about getting approved. Most schools request for tuition deposit before issuing LOA, however, I will advise you to check if the school is a DLI and if your programme is PGWP eligible before committing to them. Getting admission is just a small step of the process.

I will suggest you look for an AIRbnb first, at least to stay for some days, when you are in Canada you can then look for accommodation through your classmates/resident Canadian etc.
