You see, Scripture states that God does not answer the prayers of the unrighteous; the pleas and requests and every petition, praise, offering, work, plea, sacrifice, etc., of the unrighteous are tainted by their sins(disobedience/unholiness) and are hence an abomination to God. So, what is definite is that even your many pleas for the forgiveness of sins are not answered by God given that God made no special exemptions for that kind of plea. No amount of praying can cause God to change His mind regarding that which concerns the unrighteous by the way. Wrong! The summary is God has never changed His position since the beginning regarding those whom He regards — the righteous— and those whom He never regarded from the beginning — the unrighteous. So, it is wrong to conclude that God refused to answer his prayers because God never ever promised to answer the prayers of the unrighteous.

2. I am not righteous yet! I am still in training to become such a person myself. That training requires that one accept God's every Truth— not just those that seem convenient or flavorful to one — whether one already benefits from it or not.

God is still in the business of answering prayers but the only hinderance is unbeleived.When I lost my job but my wife was still working,I prayed and asked God to promote her so that there would be abundance at home,God did it and even showed me the sign I shared with her before the promotion came.I know the hell I went thru but kept on praying until God brought someone who by Gods grace I will resume a good new job next month.I met christ at the age of seventeen although I backslided but honest God is still very much alive to help us in our situations but we need to be saved from sin.

1. OP complained that God not answering his prayers. That there is a dead giveaway for OP's status as far as God is concerned.

2. If you read my initial comment, you would note that it is only those who are holy — who live their lives in absolute submission and obedience to the teachings and commandments of Jesus Christ — that go on to be approved Righteous by God. This is stated by Jesus Christ Himself.

What im trying to say is there's nothing morally right or wrong in the eyes of God. That is why one person can wake up one morning, strap explosives to themselves and blow themselves up in a crowd full of people. People's actions and inactions have nothing to do with God or faith or how it was predestined to happen. They're not just perceptions Kobo. It's just the way it is, and people like you are afraid to talk about it because you'd supposedly be questioning things that are beyond your understanding. People love to pretend to themselves and act like everything's okay when it's not. you're patient and resilient as it brings you closer to God. Or it makes you a righteous person; as you would say.

I have a very simple question for you. Why do bad things happen to good people? I can tell your response without you even saying it. You're going to say how there's something they're not doing right. Or you'd bring up something about how they're not very righteous or morally upright. You cower and find a way to justify this because it's beyond your understanding. You have no answer to these big questions that need answering and because you have no answer to it, you resort to trying to make it seem as though the one in search of these answers is doing something wrong. Making it seem as though they're are ignorant or something. God if he exists gave us all a free mind and a free will. You can become anything you want to become today if you're willing to take the risk. You can decide to rob a bank and become extremely rich, you could be successful and you might die in the process. It's all your mind and your decision. the idea that some supernatural being up there's has anything to do with the things that occur in our everyday life strikes me as dumb. You can even die if you wanted to die today. It all depends on your approach. Your life and your decisions are in your hands.
