According to Npower News Thursday August 24th 2023 on the Npower portal, Npower batch c beneficiaries that cannot login into the Npower portal should continue trying from time to time as the Npower technical team is aware of the Npower portal login issue and it will be fixed soon. Npower batch c beneficiaries that observed changes on their Npower status like shortlisted or applicant becoming beneficiary and vice versa should kindly exercise patience as the transition process on the Npower portal is still ongoing same goes for Npower batch c beneficiaries with empty payroll on their Npower portal, once the transition process is completed all errors and missing informations on the Npower portal will be reversed.
According to Npower News on Npower validation, Npower batch c beneficiaries getting the access denied invalid credentials error message when attempting to complete the Npower validation should kindly note that they should keep trying from time to time as Npower technical team is aware of the issue and it is being resolved. Npower batch c beneficiaries that completed the Npower validation but wants to confirm if their Npower validation was successfully submitted should send their Npower ID to Npower. Npower batch c beneficiaries that were preselected have to wait to be converted to beneficiaries before they are eligible for Npower payment. Npower batch c beneficiaries that used another account details different from the account details on their Npower portal during Npower validation will have to wait for their new account details to be matched with the account details on their Npower portal before they can receive Npower payment.
Lastly according to Npower News on Npower payment, September, October and November payment to Npower batch c stream 1 has not been initiated yet, January to July payment for Npower batch c stream 2 has not been initiated yet, it will be initiated after all last year's backlogs are cleared, October, November and December stipend reinitiated and ongoing for Npower batch c stream 2 beneficiaries, Npower batch c beneficiaries under non graduate stipend has not been initiated. Npower batch c stream 2 beneficiaries with pending Npower payment issues yet to receive Npower payment are to exercise patience, while Npower batch c stream 2 beneficiaries that had failed payment will have to check if their account details are correct otherwise they will have to wait for their failed payment to be reinitiated. You are just using the information posted by members here to update your news. Pls @ lolu 2019, help us talk to Beta Edus' friend that she should pls pay stream 2 d 8mth owed payment cos its been long,that she shouldnt mind anyone in d ministry trying to tell her dey are yet to be done with backlogs,
dt it shd av been a thing of d past but dey decided not to call them in since last year,until afta election dey started calling dem n releasg d money dy hoard bf.that she should pls pay d stream 2 dr outstandg payment of jan- aug now. 2 Likes |

My payroll is also empty. I have not been paid before but I know I will receive alert soon.
I dey try to commot mind, but I no fit. I dey check my dashboard like 10x a day if my dash board go check to beneficiary, check this thread like 30x in a day. If I go see people wey com testify |

Leave payroll for now your focus should be on whether your validation was done successfully or not and your overview page, if it reads beneficiary that is good provided you have done your validation with the correct account details, if it reads applicant or shortlisted and you were shortlisted and have done the validation you need to be converted to Beneficiary and it must reflect on your portal before you are eligible for payment. In addition to this please if you used another account details during your validation your payment process will be delayed. I used a different account. It has reflected on the portal. I have been converted to Beneficiary. My payroll is empty. I am yet to be paid. I did validation around mid-June. |

Npower batch c beneficiaries on their own part have been instructed on the Npower portal to update all missing informations, should the "not added" error appear the Npower batch c beneficiary should check back later and continue to observe the Npower portal for updates.
