I noticed my anxiety and depression went away as soon as I cut contacts with my family members.

I've been down on ampritiylyn (anti depressant) to feed and to sleep since 2021, when I lost my life savings to wrong investment. While on the drug, I Changed my location, went no contact went on no contact for 6 months, and that's been the best 6 months of my life. No family knew where I was and I wasn't entertaining their calls. I faced new challenges here in the new location but I don't know how, my confidence skyrocketed and I stopped taking anti depressant, it looked like a joke because I could eat more and sleep so well. For the first time in my life,I experienced true peace of mind and I could focus more on my goals even though the environment I was wasn't motivating.

Few Weeks ago, an issue happened, (between life and death) and I had to call someone to my rescue. I reached out to my uncle and my brother in the village (they know someone where I stay) and the person came to my rescue.

Few days back, I began to get calls from people I went no contact with, meaning the dude has discussed my life story to my family.

For few days now,my anxiety and depression have come back and this makes me wonder if my family is indeed the cause of my problem.

This time, I've dispossessed the anti depressant while I was on no contact,I was completely heal. Stayed indoors for days busy with my life and that's been the best moments in my life until my family got information about me again. I really don't want to go back to anti depressant again.

I really don't want to discuss the reason online. I just had to reach to someone,to come meet me physically. Meeting me was very important. So my uncle sent someone here
