I wanted more egg retrievals too but my quack Dr won’t bulge. Having more eggs or embryo stored gives u peace of mind.

Like the process of waiting for the whole procedure again & the timing & so on makes it so annoying.

In the US, everything is by scheduling & appointment. Like it can take several weeks or months to have opening for the anesthesiologist to come for egg retrieval cos they are fully booked since they work at different hospitals & surgical centers.

My experience was traumatic. Even after my implantation, my workplace refused to give me time off cos I was new & wasn’t qualified. Had to resume work after 24 hrs of implantation. I had no rest.

Inshort mine is a testimony. When they gave me a picture of the embryo / blastocysts, after the PGT test came our normal, I name that embryo & placed that scan result / picture in psalm 91. Then every morning , I’ll open it & pray that psalm & talk to the embryo (weird right). What we do in time of desperation.

it's not weird,after my implantation I strated talking to my bay embryo,I didn't see it as an embryo,I saw him or her as my baby,I was called the embryo my sugar,one day me and my husband had little disagreement,that evening,I discussed the matter with a baby I didn't even know whether it implantated or not and I said please don't mind daddy,ha God life is not fair,when I started bleeding,I lost a part of me till now,my head is filled with,what if I had done that's,what if I had not done that,I think God my husband is supportive,if not by now,i for done go loco, I was thinking of harming myself the day I saw negative test, and I think a lady from this group,charity she is God sent,she just messaged me and have supported me emotionally on several occasions when I was about to break down

My lovely sisters and mother's,I have story for you,ever since I came back from implantation,my doctor never one day checked on,did not ask how I am getting my daily injections,no check up at all,mean while he did not tell us that they will be bed rest after implantation, because that hospital everything both nurses and doctor,keep everything secret,when we got home,my husband ran around to arrange for nurse to come home,as the house help we arranged for ,the agency did not deliver,on the day of my test ,it was negative,since then have not heard from the doctor,my test was on August 2nd, suddenly for some days now the doctor started texting me ,that I should come let's discuss,I did not go as I have no plan of using that hospital again,the next thing he did was to send me a picture of someone else scan results,that she was one of the lady that did IVF with us and that she is pregnant with triplets,haba congrats for her,but how that one take be be palava,me were yansh still dey pepper me,then the doctor sent a test that I shouldn't give up let's discuss what to do next,that this cycles fails doesn't mean the next will fail,my sister's am surprised why the sudden concern from him,the same doctor I told that can we cancel the cycle and move it to another cycle, because a scan I did outside said I have only one egg,I wanted to dicuss what can be done to prevent me going through multiple implantation,he wasn't even interested,so waiting come happen all of a sudden now??

Some of this doctor are not passionate about their jobs what they are after is their pocket . We battled male infertility as well, and I tell you, it affects their ego. Your husband had tesa procedure, do you know the effect it had on him, especially if he was attended to by female nurses. I know this from experience. Trust me, your husband needs some encouragement. Give him some time.

First of all,i think u shouldnt be doing frequent scans as it wont help wit ur anxiety. Wit the history of miscarriage(dont know how many u have had),u sud av seen ur doctor immediately u conceived so u can have an increased chance of carrying this pregnancy to term. Its never too late though. Wishing you all the best

I am pregnant (natural conception)my last LMP was 22nd of June,I am supposed to be 9 weeks 3 days...
I have been scanning since the beginning of this pregnancy:
My scanning journey goes thus:
When I was 5 weeks 1day,scan result showed a thickened endometrium but no gestational sac yet,I was advised to scan again in two weeks that it was too early
At 7 weeks 1 day,I scanned again at a different place,it showed intact gestational sac with yolk sac,the scan measured 5 weeks 3 days
I was so scared because there should be an heartbeat
At 7 weeks 5 days,I scanned again, Transvaginal showed 6 weeks 1 day with yolk sac but no fetal pole(embryo ) yet and no heartbeat and cervix closed ,the radiologist assured me there was no problem,I should scan again in two weeks
That same day,I scanned at a fertility center, Transvaginal,it showed heartbeat,though they didn't calculate the weeks,I was only told there was a heartbeat..
At 9 weeks 2 days,I scanned again,scan showed intact gestational sac,with yolk sac and now with embryo and equivocal cardiac activity although still measuring 6 weeks and 1 day.

I am so scared,I was advised to try again in two weeks that there is progress but I am wondering why scan still shows 6 weeks 1 day when I should be 9 weeks plus making almost 3 weeks behind.

My reason for scanning this often is due to my history of miscarriage,I am not cramping or bleeding and I have all the pregnancy symptoms,but just so worried with this slow development.
However,I have hope and believe in God

What do you guys think,? Should I still be hopeful? I am expected to scan in two weeks
Who has experienced this same thing before and came out with a positive outcome?;so so scared
