No cheap flight anywhere. If possible, best you wait till late September to early October.

I haven't heard about a refusal for student visa in a very long time. Something went terribly wrong.

Can you ask for a transcript of the interview? You need to know what he did wrong (or did not do right) so that he can avoid making the same (or a similar) mistake again. Calm down and don't start making plans for another student visa until you have more information about the refusal.

Please at this juncture I really need help with getting my sister’s refund from the Leeds university…. After payment of the tuition fee.. I paid twice… as bank didn’t complete the payment so we had to use black market… the two payments were confirmed and reciepts issued…Now due to unforeseen circumstances my sister couldn’t continue.. we’ve not even applied for cas yet.. So for the past 2 to 3 weeks now we’ve been asking for refund. No reply from them. Pleas what else can we do to get this refund pls. The money is 6500 pounds.

To start with, check the university's website and read their Refund Policy so as to know what exactly to expect in this situation. Again, are you referring to University of Leeds, Leeds Beckett University or Leeds Trinity University?

I feel something must be wrong somewhere in the last application for UKVI to have stated that they don't think your husband is a genuine student. Please make efforts to do a critical review of his educational and employment history including that of the documents submitted to support the application, to prepare well for the new visa application. Remain strong for there will surely be light at the end of the tunnel.

Sorry! UK hardly deny any applicant o. Don't allow your husband go alone. It might be years before unification or never. Sorry I am blunt. Except you want to gamble on the risk. You need to apply to research masters. That way you can follow your husband even if you have to wait till August next year. But you also need to know and address the reason you were refused visa! Goodluck next time.

Ok, please how do we go about the research masters program, my husband discipline in his Bsc is business administration, so we can start searching for it, let’s see if he will meet up January intake with the research master then I will join him later?
