see we are not fools, if a school make such a mistake it will withdraw the first cert then issue you another one. There is no way you can have 2 certificate from the same school.

You're not getting it are you? Two certificates were not issued to Tinubu, only 1 was issued. The second we are talking about is the one issued to a third party which Tinubu is not even aware of. Not until that third party published it. And Tinubu said clerk made a mistake in a certificate out of the two. So if you are in Tinubus shoe, what will you do??
