The north generally used to be a great region to serve. Na insecurity dabaru everything. My concern is their PPA after camping cos they'd spread them like bees to all over the state. Not even 1m naira would encourage my relation to stay in Borno to serve. People don't learn from the past. Life has got no duplicate.
