What seems to be the major bone of contention is which BAT gained admission into Daley College in the first instance & subsequently CSU.

The transcript from Daley College clearly indicates that it belongs to a female US citizen. That is enough grounds for suspicion.

People in Nigeria have used fake qualifications to become professors before being found out & sanctioned. CSU also has a reputation for underhand dealings.

There is nothing wrong in knowing the background of the President especially when it has been proven that he has lied & provided false information in the past about his elementary schooling.

Whether Tinubu attention Chicago State University is immaterial, the bone of contention is the certificate he submitted to INEC is fake. That's what the court will judge.

Once the School (Chicago State University) admits and testified that the Certificate submitted emanated from the School. Then the Certificate wasn't forged. It is valid, authentic and genuine. That is position of the law based on Evidence Act.
