Hello all.

This rash started with just a single rash a year ago on my pubic hair region just above the penis area.
Then I travelled for burial and came back and noticed it has multiplied on both thighs and also on the pubic area..
I went for urine msc and urethra swab and it show urine shows no growth while urethra showed moderate growth of staph..
How can I clear this.. The doc I met at the hospital said it is not caused by staph and was referred to a demartologist who asked me to buy some shampoo and gave me some drugs but it seems to be increasing.

Please how can I clear this??

check if it's on the root of the hair then it's razor bumps else mighe be one of these
Heat rash (due to sweat), allergic reaction (your skin might be reacting to some new material or new boxers you bought), hygiene issue (depending on how your hygiene is)

My suggestion
Change your boxerS to one that absorbs moisture, always allow air to reach DOWN there. If you sleep with Tight clothing stop it, after 10 DAYS if no improvement then visit the hospital, Keep using the medicated soap.
And if you been recently sexually active, QUICKLY visit the hospital For full checkup.

I do tests frequently.. It's only the staph that it shows in my urethra.. Will go for another test today... But I already know the outcome..

Go and do urine mcs and urethra swab.. If you don't find any bacteria.. 20k for you.
Post the result here from a certified and standard lab or hospital.. At least I go for routine checkups..
