My passport expired on Sunday 27th August and I haven’t gotten a new one yet. Will this make my express entry profile ineligible for ITA if there is a draw today?

I just submitted my express entry profile, my score is 401 (apart from age and my ielts score (7.5, 7.5, 7.5, 7.5) I have no idea why it is this low.

What are the options available to me to boost my scores?

I hear i can use PNP. How do I go about this? Ontario is on my mind but I’m open minded. What provinces are the easiest to obtain Province Nomination from?

I don’t think so. But it’ll be good for you to get a new one before you submit the application so that they won’t have to send ADR for your new passport.

For those who have written IELTS (IDP), I can see that during the registration, the date for speaking isn't normally shown. How/when do I know/see when the speaking test will be scheduled?

Or for IELTS (IDP), will all the four components be written the same day?

Please I need answers from those who have written this exam with IDP....

Your IELTS score would have been perfect with an 8 in listening... It'll increase your CRS scores drastically, apart from that, you should explore 2 or more certificates, French or PNP if you haven't looked into it.

The date for your speaking will be conveyed to you via your registered email address before you write the other components. Most of the time, speaking is taken on a different date, usually after taking the others. Just lookout for a mail from them with all the details.

Hello everyone, pls can someone share with me a sample of WE reference in IRCC format.. I keep hearing there is a format for it but I can’t find it anywhere, even on page 1. And is there a time limit for it? Asin if I get one now and it’s dated for today, can I still use it if the need be in like 6 months time?will it still be acceptable?

**Unexpected event. Received an email update on 11th July and rushed to gckey hoping to see counterfoil; lo and behold, it was an ADR for passport photographs. Apparently my photos got missing somewhere between vfs and ircc (up till now I still don't understand how this happened). Contacted vfs to find out how my photos got missing and what i should do next; they provided zero explanations and the CS rep I spoke with said they don't accept any submission(s) apart from international passports. I was so confused and perplexed at this point. I searched and searched online hoping to see info from anyone who had experienced something similar; thankfully i found a nairaland post of someone who went through the exact same thing last year. Long story short, I later sent my photos directly to ircc via DHL.**

This PR journey has been known to offer unlimited subscription of sleepless nights lol; you just never know what to expect! But once you involve God in your matter and let Him lead, you can be sure it will always end in praise! To God be the glory for everything!

Also go through the CRS grid on page 1 post 2 again to see where you may be leaving points on the table.

Always best to just get in the pool, people who thought their scores were too low have got ITA in the past from being in the pool at the right time.....even with "low" scores.

French is a CRS booster as well......do you have a spouse who is younger but has your same (or better) credentials in terms of education & IELTS?

Yes, visa was issued at Accra. Your counterfoil update was earlier than mine, so i think you can expect to receive passport pickup notification any moment now. Have you been getting updates from vfs?

SOS ALERT!
Good day friends, please kindly treat as urgent. Through GOD'S favour we had our parent's TRV application approved and fast forwarded to sending of their passports. They were duly instructed on how to go about it using a courier service, DHL (Sango OTA) specifically to VFS Lagos.
Upon tracking, DHL showed delivered on Tuesday 29th August but VFS/VAC are yet to send any mail either of acknowledgement or a mail of the passport transmission to Abuja.
Please is this normal, do we need to be worried? I'd greatly appreciate your feedback or anyone who's had a similar experience please.
