Africans were never exploitative in nature.

They were content, living their lives.

A bare faced lie.

It's leadership issue. African leaders are corrupt, selling their own and resources for money. It has nothing to do with being ahead. Naira was ahead of pounds in the 60s

That's because Nigeria was fresh from British rule. As time went on, Nigeria went to shit.

The same pattern can be observed in other African counties.

Honestly, what he said is true. France contributed greatly to the fight against violent extremism and in the sahel which would have overrun these countries. There might be obvious other neocolonial defects inherent. But in all, leadership, lack of corruption and strong institutions among African countries will change the narrative, not coup.

They're not. Terrorists are almost overrunning the likes of Mali and Burkina Faso. Africans have to get their act together first before making mouth.

You obviously have no idea of what's happening as per the role/assignment of these terrorist organisations. The terrorists are common criminals with powerful financial backers, they pillage and loot the resources of the areas under their control, thereby enriching their financial backers.

I wouldn't rule out the involvement of rogue countries as well. Those terrorists being fought are probably those with contrary agenda.

African politics cum economic power-play is ruthless.

These people want Africans to continually sucking their dicks. We Africans are the worst set of human beings ever to grace the earth.

Any small thing, fian! We don run away leaving the land to develop herself. Let's keep running away until we have no place to return

This is what you get when you have leaders who go cap in hand to beg for arms from all these world powers. Lets see how these play out.

The ambassador had been asked to leave while France insisted the juntas lacks the legitimacy to give such order . Its a stale mate for now.. only time will tell who blinks first

Not sure what what you've written have to do with what I said - that the sacking of democratic governments and France in Burkina Faso and Mali have left those countries worse off as far as Jihadi terrorists go.

All down to leadership. If Europe didn't depend on Africa for raw materials, they won’t be where they are today

He is right to some extent, e.g. the Niger Junta just migrated his family to UAE grin . I only pity the poor masses of these countries bcs terrorists will take over in a few months. Those military guys are being overzealous, this is not how to be self-sufficient. China and Singapore are good examples, they stylishly make friends with the west and learned & gained a lot from the West and used it for their development. And today they are now competing with the west. Everything no be gra-gra😎
