Whenever adulterated diesel (aka blackmarket diesel) is used on a vehicle it kills the injectors, and would birth all sorts of problems in the engine from hardstarting to rough idling or no start problem. The internal components of injectors would fry and die as a result of bad fuel used. See examples below....

Drivers should avoid buying adulterated or blackmarket diesel. Fixing dead injectors is cost intensive. There are ways by which injectors can be managed to last longer, like the use of diesel additives for instance. But most importantly ensure the vehicle is properly and constantly maintained, it'll save a lot of money at the end of the day. Have the engine regularly checked and diagnosed by an expert to avoid complex errors or mistakes.

Op you should have shown us the pictures of a good injector alongside this bad one you’re currently displaying so we ‘laymen’ can understand the extent of damage the adulterated diesel had wrought upon them.

New or very sound injectors has their internal organs looking clean or brand new. See pictures of new injectors we have in stock as example. Even though an injector is still in use, if maintained properly the interior will look neat and free from carbon or other debris which clogs fuel supply line - clogged fuel lines usually results to hardstarting or rough idling of the engine.
