The very fact that the PEPT is still thinking of judgement means Tinubu is not innocent, at least not all of these petitions. They need a lot of time to think of technicalities they will use to help Tinubu. This is not something that is as easy as many thinks.

1. Invalid nomination/Double nomination
2. Guinean citizenship/Dual citizenship
3. Forged certificate
4. Criminal forfeiture
5. Submission of false information/Perjury
6. Not winning 25% in FCT
7. Non use of IREV portal.
8. Election rigging

Is Tinubu going escape all these undeniable offences? How? Through technicalities. In Nigeria judiciary, phanthom technicality is above logic and merit when delivering judgement.

NUMBER 6 & 7 ARE THE ONLY RELEVANT GROUNDS TO TINUBU AND MAHMOOD.
NO.6. 25% OF FCT IS 25% OF VOTES/36 OR FCT VOTES/144.
TINUBU SCORED MORE THAN THAT.

NO. 7. IREV IS AI, ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN THIS CIRCUMSTANCE.
PROF MAHMOOD IS NI, NATURAL INTELLIGENCE AND SO NOT BOUND BY IREV.
ALSO IREV IS NOT CONSTITUTIONALLY COMPULSORY.

There's no clever manuerver for technicalities. If Asiwaju issue was only a rigged election, it would have been possible for them. Three key deciding factors:
• 25%
• False CSU certificate.
• Forfeiture order for Narcotics.
• Rigged election results in almost all states of the Federation.

Judgment has been set and determined. PEPT will upturn Asiwaju elections. What remains now, is whether he will be disqualified.

This is AA main objective right now! Damaging revealment from CSU would get the job done!

The reason why the honorable judges in my opinion is delaying judgement is to give minimum room for political manuevring.

Should he escape disqualification and run alongside others, his disgrace would be great!

Kano is gone. Kaduna is gone. Tell me where he plan to win?
