I’m yet to get my kids passports after refusal mail since Thursday. It’s still in DMC. No collection mail from TLS. I can not reapply without their passports. What do I do ?

Good morning, I experienced same thing as sure, my husband and I wer refused student visas in July my husband was the main applicant and am the dependant, my husband passport came out immediately the refusal mail was sent to him but mine stayed in that DMC for over 3weeks before it came out with my own mail so relax

Will I experience a courier return of my passport after a decision made by UKVI on the premium lounge service or will I still need to add a courier return to my order?

And secondly, I intend to self-upload my documents and hope am on the right track.

Print them out. They are your supporting documents. Keep them handy.

Premium lounge is just space to sit, finish. Nothing else. If you want your passport to be couriered, then you need to pay for that separately.
My advice is if you're using VI, you don't need the lounge cos there's no queue.

Yes, they will notify you when you can come get it and you go there to pick up. Apart from priority, I don't think anything else is worth paying for.

Are you saying the ECO will start counting my 28 days before the date I paid IHS and visa fee which is 31st of August and not the day before I go for the biometric appointment?

I've got a lot of opinions, some said I should count 30 days before my biometrics date and some also said 30 days before I paid IHS and Visa fee. Its so confusing now.
What if I decide to print satement of 33 days to be on the safer side as this would cover about 29 days of either counting from a day before ihs payment or a day before biometric dates? Would this have any negative effect or would it mean I'm doing too much?

1. Count 30 days before you submitted your application. Last day should be a day before you submitted your application, that is the date you paid for IHS and visa

2. You don't have to worry whether or not the place you are working is active on CAC. You can use the reference. Be careful to use same information as on the application you submitted to your school.

I used Turkish Airlines. It was very expensive. I couldn’t get economy ticket as it was fully booked. I had to buy business class because school starts on Tuesday.

Carry your passport and all documents, no questions. Go the time they gave you ooo, they might not attend to you if you get there in the morning for an afternoon appointment
