that really doesn't matter. Most of those traffics may be by bots. What matters most is getting the domain sold, not how big traffic the domain receives.

My wife is an accountant and lucky for me also my CFO. I will run it by her when she gets home tomorrow. Do you have any metrics I could show her? Personally I don't know how much this would help improve business for us.

Unfortunately the domain does not really have any solid metrics .Although the name is Okay.

On the other hand, he could request for your source or an image and you'd ruin it all

Also, you can be honest by telling him that you don't keep metrics of your domain because you are only a domain broker.
He might not mind and still go ahead
On the other hand, he might tell you off that he has no solid proof of it's usefulness for their brand
I lost a sale last week because of this metrics something

Its Either a name has good metrics or it doesnt have good metrics. if it doesnt have, be silent on it and if they ask, tell them you dont have the stats for it.

if it has good stats, then use that as a selling point.

In all, dont formulate stats
