I think it can be reversed. The earlier ones were mostly silicon. Seems they upgraded to transferring fat from unwanted areas to the bum. Cutting yourself again to take out same fat is not what anyone would wanna go through.

If they only had fat transfer and not silicon, it will age naturally. The fat will just be metabolized like the fat in other area did their bodies. But the silicon ones (thankfully ppl are not doing those anymore) won’t be metabolized that way.
