1. Going by your submission, no sitting incumbent has been removed before now, even when the Judiciary is not independent of the incumbent 😂.

2. Normally, the standard of proof is not dynamic; it is static. Of course, I agree that the Judges can manoeuvre their ways around it but how far can they go if there's overwhelming evidence that meets the standard of proof? Don't also forget that it won't be a one-man decision (I know it's possible for them all to be compromised at the same time).

3. I repeat, we have seen such happen before (though on rare occasions). What changed in the circus, bro?

4. I share the same sentiment with you as regards this, even though I think your mind has understandably been made up right from the start😂.

5. If you are acquainted with how legal system works, you would agree with me that this is almost impossible here, and it is not anyone's fault. It also does not make sense tbh.

1. No sitting incumbent president has ever been removed by the Judiciary in Nigeria... Never! And we all know why.

2. The absence of Independence already moots this point.

3. Nope... There's no rare... It just Never happens. Only a military coup can remove a sworn in president in Nigeria and most parts of Africa.

4. I speak nothing but facts... No sentiments or bias.

5. Justice can be fast tracked in special cases such as, erm, the democratic future and progress of a nation. There can be nothing more exceptionally foundational and judicial than a nation's presidency starting on a clean bill of health.

If she has an allegiance to Tinubu/APC it wouldn't be because Wike is with Tinubu but rather because her husband Peter Odili and Tinubu go back a long way. Wike is Peter Odili's boy and not vice versa.

Her family and Tinubu family are very close like family friends.

Peter Odili and Tinubu are pals from way back even if in different parties. Citizens shouldn't die in the political tussles of these politicians, it's a family matter to them.
