This is a technicality....
fergie001:

The Court cannot extend the time for witnesses. If there was any evidence or witness deposition, it should have been done within the 21 days after declaration of results.

Peter Obi should gather his lawyers in one room, nak3d them, and flooog them mercilessly with kobokos soaked in kerosene for 2 weeks.
Sentiment aside, Obi's lawyer seems very dull at what they did! They were not smart. One thing is to know the law, another thing is to understand how to use the law against your opponent. This is where Wole Olanipekun stand out..

That being said, Obi himself messed up the whole case from the beginning; He said we won the case and we'll prove it in court. E reach court, he couldn't prove how he won! He couldn't prove anything different from the original results!

You can hear the judge saying... Petitioner claimed his votes were reduced but didn't state numbers nor polling units. It's a total bullshiiit honestly!

The moment his lawyers got to know there was nothing to prove at all, (tho they can't tell Obi cuz they have to get paid) they resulted to disqualification - they'd be like, *make e no be like say we didn't do anything*

This case was the easiest case Olanipekun had come across. Atiku Vs Buhari was more detailed & thick than this..

Peter Obi is validly nominated...this one, APC counsel no win this one.

They know they wont win it. Lawyers usually file a lot of frivolous motions to waste the time of the court. They usually know there's no case in that angle. But still go ahead anyways. Not only will it waste the time of the court, their opponent will also spend time defending the motion.

If the courts start responding with heavy fines, they will stop the practice.

Tinubu won the election fair and square, every sane and patriotic citizen can attest to it.My prayer is he doesn't disappoint this country as buhari did.I be don't start to lose hope again until i saw the news some days ago that crude oil production has risen to almost 1.7mb per day. It's the state sponsored crude oil theft in the last two years of pmb that messed up the economy of this country.

Maybe until it gets to the level of Zimbabwe years ago, that's when we should act!
It's the citizens that builds a nation not the government. It's what we as citizens contribute that the government will use to make the nation great. If the country's debt is shared per head and you're asked to pay will you agree? I guess the answer is no! There are two ways to pay the debt. Through tax or through the removal of subsidy. Which is more preferably? For now, we have to bite the stone for the nation to move forward and for our children. If we don't pay, our children will pay. We should stop postponing the veil days and deal with it now we are alive.

Apparently, we ain't on the same pace. How would one blame debts accumulation on the citizens
Leadership is simply the problem here, and until we get that correctly nothing will work. It's not your 'subsidy' brouhaha, bro

Wole Olanipekun is a legal genius. All the witnesses of Peter Obi have been trashed. The only issue left now is 25% and qualification of Tinubu.
