You forget the judge is supposed to be neutral. It is the work of the complaints to not only make claims but back up their claims with solid evidence.




If you can't convince the judge, you can't win your argument.





And how do you convince the judge? It is not with plenty grammar, but solid evidence.




If someone burgled your house and you suspect your neighbour. If he is charged to court, you have to prove beyond reasonable doubt that your neighbour burgled your house.




Even if your neighbour truly burgled your house, if you cannot prove it to the court, you will lose the case.

Why would INEC commercialized the documents when Obi as a candidate has the right to be given or show the results? This act of INEC is enough to show that INEC don't conduct the election transparently.

INEC dis not withold the original results. They told Peter Obi to pay for them as they do to everybody.

He knew the results wouldn't favour him and didn't bother to pay.
