Tinubu: Obi, You Haven't Still Called To Congratulate Me by OsunOriginal: 5:45pm On Sep 09, 2023 |
This conversation happened between President Tinubu and Peter Obi shortly after the PEPT delivered judgement on the petitions against the election of President Tinubu. Tinubu: Ajuri, congratulations again on yesterday's judgement Ajuri: Yes, sir! Congratulations, sir. It was a sound and deep judgement. The judiciary did really well, your excellency. Nigerians are proud Tinubu: This calls for celebration. Now we can focus on governance and put politics behind us. Ajuri: Yes, your excellency. Hopefully, Mr Peter will be courageous enough to put a call through and congratulate you, sir. Tinubu: That boy, Obi and his supporters (obidients or what do they call them) are really funny. They thought they won? Ajuri: We can't blame Mr Peter, he has been a trader all his life. The lawyers that should rightly advise him failed to do so. Tinubu: Hmmm... Ajuri: It seems they were only interested in his money. Their watery petitions say it all, your excellency. Tinubu: I saw the way the judges trashed all the petitions... I really pity Obi. Do you have Obi's phone number, Ajuri? Ajuri: I have it, your excellency. Tinubu: Call him... Tell him, his excellency, the president of the federal republic of Nigeria wants to talk to him Ajuri: I am calling him now, your excellency. His phone is rigging... Your excellency Mr Peter Obi. This is Ajuri, SA to Mr President Obi: How are you, Ajuri? I hope all is well with you. Ajuri: Yes, your excellency. I am fine. Sir, His excellency, the president of Nigeria wants to talk to you. Obi: Mr President? Please, give the phone to him. Your excellency, sir, good evening Mr President. Tinubu: Good evening, Obi. How are you and your family? Obi: We are fine, your excellency. How is Aso Rock, your excellency? Tinubu: Life is great here, Obi. It is good to be president of Nigeria. Me and my team are really enjoying being here Obi: Good to hear that, your excellency. Tinubu: I asked Ajuri to call you in view of the PEPT judgement which was delivered yesterday. You still refused to make the call and congratulate me. Obi: Your excellency, I am still consulting with my erudite legal team on what to do. They keep telling me I won and that I have hope Tinubu: Won what? Obi: The presidential election. My erudite lawyers said I should be the one in Aso Rock, not you, your excellency. Tinubu: You called those ones erudite lawyers? Those ones who told you 25% of Abuja is a must to be declared president? Obi: Yes, your excellency. I believe them. I believe I won and my obidient followers also strongly believe I won Tinubu: Heheheheheheheh . You believe you defeated me, the Jagaban? Obi: Yes, your excellency. And I am going to appeal the judgement Tinubu: Obi, Obi, Obi... how many times did I call you? Obi: Three times, your excellency Tinubu: Stop wasting your time and resources. It was clear you lost the election. Those lawyers are only interested in your money. Even Ajuri agreed with me on this. Obi: That's not true your excellency. Some of these lawyers are also obidients and even working on pro bono basis. Tinubu: Obi, you're a neophyte in politics. Nobody does anything for free in politics... Come to Bourdillon for political education. Obi: That is not correct, your excellency. I have been a governor, presidential adviser, and a party leader. Tinubu: Obi, political neophytism is not a condition that is easily cured by being a governor or a political adviser. You need to come to Bourdillon for politics 102 Obi: I don't agree, your excellency. I have enough experience already Tinubu: Hehehehehehe . I see, you have enough experience... That's why you lost the presential election and quack lawyers are pushing you around. Obi: Your excellency, we will meet at the Supreme court. I am convinced that I won the election Tinubu: Obi, when will you stop being dilutional? I can see you're the problem, not your lawyers or your followers (obidients) Obi: I am not being dilutional, your excellency. I believe I won the election and I have evidence Tinubu: Hehehehehehe Why didn't you present the evidence at the PEPT? Obi: I did, your excellency. They didn't just look at my evidence. Tinubu: Hahahahahaha Peteru... Stop deceiving yourself and your followers. You couldn't prove anything at the PEPT Obi: Your excellency, my erudite lawyers will prove my case at the supreme court. I am confident the SC judges will rule in my favor Tinubu: Obi, I like your spirit... that is what I call "can do" spirit. When you lose in SC, we would see how Nigeria could tap into your "can do" spirit. Obi: I am confident of winning at the SC, your excellency sir. So, for now, it is not over. Tinubu: Wil you call and congratulate me when it is over? I know and even Nigerians now know you lost the election and you have no evidence to support the allegations you are making Obi: If my lawyers say I should, I will, your excellency but I am sure of winning at the SC. Tinubu: Obi, that's fine. I have some foreign guests waiting for me at the dinner table. Life is sweet in Aso Rock... Bye for now. Obi: Bye, your excellency. 4 Likes 1 Share |

What about the call to Atiku and Kwankwaso? It seems Obi will keep causing restlessness for the next 4 years. Contentment is great gain. 2 Likes |

Gucciboy:Singular nouns should go with with verbs that appear plural, and plural nouns should go with verbs that appear singular. This is a rule even elementary school pupils understand. But you here, calling people "miscreants", is pathetically ignorant of that. Most of you obi supporters are hopelessly illiterate. 1 Like |
