I might agree for that of an Albino but a white man that's frequently exposed would start getting tanned at first. Continue this & they'll start getting dark skinned gradually. Not as dark as a black man but there will be a definite change in complexion. Seems you underestimate the power of the sun.

Power of extreme sun shouldn't be underestimated . I & my brother are the only very fair complexion in the family, apart from others who use cream and you will think they are fair than us. Dravidians come in different shades of skin colour. Some are very light skinned whild some are extremely dark skinned. But their hair would always give them away as not Africans unlike the extremely minority Siddis that are actually Africans.
