This isn't about me, it's about Nigeria. Me and you do not operate from the same level of intellect.

Time shall tell.

The joke is on you and everyone that's celebrating this low class infrastructure.

There are poorer countries that built something better. Lagos has the money, no dey deceive yourself

I'm sure you're not from Lagos.
I'm also sure your state have money too.
And I'm also very sure that your state isn't half as developed as Lagos.
Yes Lagos and indeed Nigeria might not be where they should be but the little we see is way better than not seeing at all...
If they don't make efforts, people like you will complain...
Now they made efforts, you're still complaining...

As for the issue of intelligence, I no follow you drag intelligence..

My friend who said he will never use the Blue rail line used it yesterday, met dude at our BRT terminal today, he openly said "o boy I used the rail, odikwa amazing" I laughed at him.

If Lagos can get their infrastructures right, it will be an great place to live.
Highrise residential house should be considered in lagos, lands are so scarce
it's only steady electricity supply that can guarantee this or help us to realize it.

What part of Yorubaland is blessed do you not understand? grin

Ibadan is a West African pride. Osogbo has the Osun goddess shrine which is a tourist attraction and destination for people from all over the world... each town is significant in its own way.

London is the pride of the English people just as Lagos is the pride of the Yorubas. You don't hear English people from Liverpool, Newcastle, Manchester e.t.c crying over that fact. Same way you won't hear people from iragbiji or Ibarapa crying over Lagos.

Please, let them know the Osun Oshogbo sacred grove, home of the Osun goddess, is not a joke and is a UNESCO world heritage site.

REPEATED AS SAID ON ANOTHER THREAD

Let the state engage private sectors for the faster delivery of other rail lines and the MONORAIL proposed for the main business districts (L/Island, V.I, Ikoyi, Obalende, LEKKI). ONLY PPP would relieve the government of this heavy spending on infrastructure like this while there are other commitment that can't and mustn't be ignored.
By the way, There's still uncovered routes to be considered in future for thorough coverage of the metropolis like the link to BADAGRY and another one into EPE.

London, New York and other advance cities still operate SGR rail system with EMU trains. To hurt your feeling more, the trains for the RED LINE was actually planned to be used by an AMERICAN state which, as nature would have it, couldn't deliver it's proposed rail upgrade hence the need to offload the TALGO trains (one of the fastest in the intra-city biz)it purchased from SPAIN: and that's where LAGOS delved in.

Rejoicing how Igbos go still flex the train pass you people. You obviously don't know what to do with your life if you think a Lagos monorail is a win for Yoruba people .

TO start with, all individual/tribes are welcomed on the train so long you can pay for the ride and you're ready to abide by the regulation governing it. MANY tribes (not IGBO alone)had already gotten the privilege, so no big deal. THE government itself build infrastructures for LAGOSIANS without discrimination as everybody matters irrespective of color.
ABOUT your useless curse, nobody owns them but yourself. Besides, empty drums make the loudest noise. Comfortable individuals on this forum don't boast: they have nothing to prove to nobody. And it doesn't change the reality that they are.
ALSO, even if the IGBO build something better than this sometimes in future, who says we would not come up with something better than that? LIFE's dynamic. LAMATA started with red bus, but now, we are on electric powered fleet after a series of blue fleets. IN a nutshell, by the time you get to this stage, we're long gone ahead. WE ain't relenting, we keep getting better.
