I might agree for that of an Albino but a white man that's frequently exposed would start getting tanned at first. Continue this & they'll start getting dark skinned gradually. Not as dark as a black man but there will be a definite change in complexion. Seems you underestimate the power of the sun.

It is genetic mutation, which is a scientifically proven occurrence, that accounts for absence of melanin.

It could be that genetic adaptation needs to colder climates caused this mutation to occur among the ancient black settlers of Europe.

'Evolution' on the other hand is a mere theory with absolutely no proof whatsoever that it actually occurred, or is even possible.
