'I spoke with a senior colleague of mine in RSSSSB and he said that when our Board submitted the new salary voucher to Ministry of Finance, submission of salary vouchers for August had already closed. He said that RSSSSB will receive the new salary when September salary is paid. He said that the constitution of the new Board is strictly for the signing of the new promotion letters and will not affect the new salary reflecting when September salary is paid"

The day Rivers state civle servants receive their salaries, is the same day pensioners under Rivers state also received their pay. We are in one wage bill.

I heard from someone who has connection to ministry of finance, He assured me that SSSB would be paid promotion by next salary. He also informed me that the committee has been set up by governor to appoint/select board members for SSSB.

yes they have

It has been settled already,SSSB members including all teachers will be paid the promotion level salary by the end of the month.The arrears are also been worked on .

Collect you letter first and know your level then go to ministry of finance, computer department and settle your case there .

If they dont learn from UBE that
Means something is not right with the payment process. With what happen to UBE , RSSSSB is expected to do a clean job to avoid that mistake. Unless intentional cashing out is involve through a delibrate and preventable error.

SSSB has always been more organized than UBE since we started this job. Except for recently some people are trying to scatter the orderliness that the board has been known for because of greed and other reasons. Hopefully ours will be better.

Have you gotten your pay slip, Do you know a tone that has, what is the accurate step and level on the pay slip? These are important information to dowse tention and increase joy.

Please there is a secret plan for unscheduled visit by officers from the board to senior secondary schools. Try and be present up to have your name signed up to 3 times in a week. Teachers that fell victim in ube when it was their turn have not been paid for four months now.The latest is that they were asked to borrow money and pay to their board for them to get their remaining two months. Source -----Reliable and authentic.

The money they were asked to pay is about their two months salary. You can do your investigations to confirm the fact.

Thanks for the information. Majority of those I know in UBE who were affected received their salaries in July and some in August. I'm not aware if they were asked to pay some money. Anyone asked to pay some money might be doing a racket to be paid the salaries of the months that were withheld. No matter what they do, they can't stop our lights from shining.

I just confirmed from someone I know who was affected in UBE and he said that those who were asked to pay money did not have the minimum attendance required per term when it was checked in their time book. In as much as you had a minimum of three days attendance per week, you are safe. There's no cause for alarm. No matter what they do, na God get power pass.

Some teachers got their pay slips today from the board. Has anyone here collected?
