You're missing the point. Alqaeda has official training bases in Afghanistan. Afghanistan Taliban government actually supported, protected and harbored him. No other nation/government in the world openly and officially supported and encouraged terrorists. Nigeria definitely did not support Faruk neither gave him official resources to train terrorists
