The applicant was noted to have a deranged creatinine level with an eGFR indicating moderately reduced
kidney function while urinalysis was normal. Her general examination was satisfactory, her vital signs
were within normal ranges, she had no cardiac symptoms, and can perform her activities of daily living
independently. Chest x-ray was normal.

Kidney not performing optimally. It might be a transient issue, go for an extra check-up with your personal doctor. With respect to immigration/ spousal sponsorship, I don't think this a deal breaker. I would be worried only if it is communicable disease.. HIV, Hepatitis, TB, , STI, and stuffs like that

Please what does this mean and can impact her medicals?

Good day everyone, I am an I ternational student in Canada who started September 2023 on a fully funded scholarship. With my passport expiring in march 2025, I will have to apply for extension say middle of next year. However, I want to make my husband's SOWP application. So i have some questions

How much would be needed for proof of fund for him? Read the thread from page 1
How much would I also need to show in my Canadian bank account? You can provide POF from and a bank in Nigeria or Canada. Where you provide it from is not an issue.
Do I also need to show my pay slips from my workplace in Nigeria as I still receive salary? Yes, but is not mandatory but it makes your application stronger.
Do I need to wait until I am applying for study permit extension to make his application or I can do it now? No, you can apply for him now if you have the appropriate POF as stipulated by IRCC on their website.

When completing the USE OF FAMILY REPRESENTATIVE FORM for your application under the SOWP program, you generally do not need to provide your husband's details again if he is already in Canada and you are the principal applicant. The purpose of this form is primarily to declare your family members who are not in Canada and who may be accompanying you to Canada as dependents (i.e. like your son or 4yrs old child).

What I can advice here is, use your own account as POF, not your husband that is a student, but u, going on work permit.

2. Or SOWP for hubby and SP for both kids aged 10 & 6
I need to know which option is most preferable
3. Will the application be done from my husband’s profile or I should use mine

The main concern about using my account as proof of fund is that someone is borrowing us money in CAD, so changing it to naira and then transferring money in bulk to my account Amy raise suspicions. Also, it seems safer to present a Canadian account than naira account because of the ever changing exchange rate of the Naira to CAD....I hope I'm making sense

Please I have another question, what will be my explanation for applying for SOWP and SP. Cos I was thinking for VV I could just explain that I need them to visit me since I’m doing a one year course. My husband doesn’t really want to stay for now as he’s engaged in Naija.
How do I make it convincing; as I initially said they won’t be accompanying me
Secondly I saw that VV is faster in processing time than SOWP.
