Why not start by being nice and encourage Nigerians to always report any resemblance of crime to the nearest police station. You can even use the same time to display police emergency number for Nigerians to see how to reach out to the police via phone call

A total overhaul without a responsible and firm leadership is a waste of time. Is it not the same Nigerians that litters the social media and our various communities that will still make up the police force or will they come from Europe?

I can remember also during tinubu bullion van saga, efcc said nobody submitted any petition to make them investigate, Deji went there, submitted it, till now, what is the outcome?
