Good day house. I have an issue with my Camry '05. Sorry i need to start from the scratch; I feel vibration on the steering wheel and brake pedal when braking and then i changed the brake disc and brake pads then it went away. Only fof me to now feel vibration at initial acceleration now... like when I'm just beginning to accelerate, the car kinda gives vibration, i can feel it's like coming from the front wheel. I've done alignment and wheel balancing but it still persists. Funny thing is it doesn't happen all the time but like 90% when i accelerate and there's a non-smooth feel when i brake from high speed as well, atimes. It just kinda feels unsmooth.

Likely CV joints.
But this is one of the most delicate jobs in Camry. Your gear is 13pin so meet a specialist that will check and probably replace the CV joints/CUP.
Buy a new CV joint and not a toks because most of the toks are contaminated and may kill your gear. Dont top your gear with any kind oil except original Type t-iv.

you can also scan and share codes

Note: The gear box is over 450-500k. So be very very very careful.

.. So if Op decides to also or call his own Camry "Spider" or "Spider man", wetin come be your own inside?... When no be say the 07-11 Camry don copyright the nickname.

And yes... There are a lot of people I know who still refer to the 012-16 model of Camry as "Spider"...Boya you wil go and beat them.

It's a new battery
The engine revolves but would not start
I had to add about 2 litres of fuel incase the fuel gauge malfunctions (gives wrong reading) yet same problem.

What could possibly be the cause? What should I check out for?

I have a 2010 corolla that seems to have an overheating issue.
bought it with the fan wired directly so recently I had it reset in July.
now the temperature guage rises a bit above middle point (about 60%) when the engine gets warm,
fan working intermittently as it should, also found out thermostat is missing
scanning sometimes reveals P0128, it comes and goes, the only other code is P0037 - oxygen sensor related

notable coolant loss but no coolant leak, although now that I think of it, I never actually fully filled the radiator since I bought the car late last year.
I also noticed that the coolant returns to the reservoir during sunny days

my mechanic suggested gasket replacement but I want to be absolutely sure it's the cause.

heard about combustion leak test for bad gasket,
where can I do that in Lagos? I'm around Maryland.

Just purchased an Accord 07 model.
I have a complaint about the AC system.
Anytime the compressor picks.. it comes with a violent shudder which vibrates the car seriously..
I'm at a loss cos I've never experienced such high level vibrations coming from a compressor..
The AC chills well anytime any weather .
Just when the compressor picks..
What could be the issue?

I've scanned the car and there are no codes even the emps module has no code please urgent help is needed

Any issue about changing from single cell radiator to double cell?
The car has no issue, the AC is okay but the radiator needs to be changed due to leakage. My mechanic advise me to buy double cell radiator instead of single cell that it's good. I want to know the implications. Thanks

Good day gurus.
I took my lexus es350 for paint job and small exhaust leakage work. I was with him the day he worked on the exhaust but the day he did the painting I wasn't there. Only for me to take my car back, drove for some miles and error popped out of the cluster display. I scanned and it's saying P0420 catalytic converter system, bank 1 inefficiency below threshold. He swore he didn't take my catalyst when I asked him so he opened the exhaust gasket which houses the catalyst under the car and the it's intact.

So I don't know why the car is still throwing up that code after clearing and driving for some miles

Confirm the presence of the following.

Compression
Fuel pressure
Pulse spray (injectors)
Sequential spark (spark plugs )


Any one missing will cause the no start problem.

P.S it could be your key and imobilizer .
