On the 23rd of august I escalated my case but still nothing from UKVI this week on the 13 of September I did another escalation I was told to wait for another 15 working days

And my school is resuming on Monday 18th of September

Please advise accordingly

Indeed a miracle happened. Glory be to God alone.

Application date - 15th July
Booked flight - 17th July
Canceled application - 3rd of August. I didn't know POF should be 28 days from the date of application not biometrics.
New application - 5th August
Biometrics - 10th August
Empty NSF - 14th August
Interview invitation - 25th August
Interview - 27th August. I was sent IHS link to top up shortly after the interview.
IHS payment - 29th August

NO WORD FROM UKVI

1st paid call - 4th September (awaiting decision)
2nd paid call - 7th September (still awaiting decision but it was escalated and I was advised to wait for 15 working days before calling them again)
Escalation - 7th September
Paid Mail( since I was advised not to call...lol) - 12th September (still awaiting decision as at 6pm)

THEN I DECIDED TO TAKE IT UP IN PRAYER. At this point I needed a miracle as my flight had already been booked for the 17th September.

I responded to the paid mail around 12AM clearly stating my case again.

UKVI contact centre responded - 13th September (decision has been made as at 11am, but still at DMC)

More prayer. That the passport be returned to Nigeria before Friday.

Transferred to VAC - 14th September
Received by VAC - 14th September
Pickup mail from TLS - 14th September, 12:29pm( Visa was approved and delivered to VAC in 24hrs)
Passport in my hand with vignette - 14th September, 2:16pm

ALL GLORY TO GOD! It's still like a dream to me, I indeed experienced a miracle.

I was strengthened with 2kings7:1-20. Where the people of Israel experienced an unusual overnight victory.

I keyed into this testimony and used same bible passage to strengthen myself cause I was already downcast getting NSF from UkVI. Glory be to God he broke all tge rules in my favour and that if mh camiky and granted us all our visas in 24hrs. Glory be to God. It can be only God.

How can I get a transit visa if my flight is scheduled to have a stopover in France or Netherlands?

Urgent answers pls.

You have to apply to their embassy here in Nigeria as soon as possible. Book an appointment date and submit all requirement including bank statement showing funds. It should take max 14 working days. You won't be able to board from Nigeria without transit visa.
If your flight date it close, I suggest you reschedule to allow for visa application.

What is the duration of your course? If your course is 2years long, then that IHS fee is justifiable. That is, 470+470+235 =1,175 GBP. 235 GBP being for the extra 4 months of stay.

The error has been corrected. I was sent another BRP mail this morning stating the correct duration of permission. Thank you

If the visa type on your vignette is correct then you won’t need to return your passport. If it’s wrong then you will need to return your passport

I am uncertain of where the error stops

I recently received an unconditional offer from Salford university and I am currently in the process of applying for CAS.
For POF, I am planning to use my dad's investment statement along with letter of reference from the investment institution. They indicated that you are able to use a bank statement from a parent or legal guardian (as long as you provide proof of that relationship and written consent from your parent or legal guardian to use those funds).

My question is whether this will be acceptable or if the funds has to be liquidated into his bank statement and print out a statement of 28 days.

Please, I will appreciate it a lot if I can get a response.
