For POF, I am planning to use my dad's investment statement along with letter of reference from the investment institution. They indicated that you are able to use a bank statement from a parent or legal guardian (as long as you provide proof of that relationship and written consent from your parent or legal guardian to use those funds).

My question is whether this will be acceptable or if the funds has to be liquidated into his bank statement and print out a statement of 28 days.

Please, I will appreciate it a lot if I can get a response.

The investment is a money market fund with Stanbic IBTC, we have printed out an investment statement and gotten reference letter from the bank.
Please this is urgent, so we can know if to go forward with put money for 28 days or we can go ahead to use the investment statement.

Wait a minute! Before you consider withdrawal of your visa application, have you tried your best already to inform the school of the visa delay? I believe many UK Universities can still shift ground if you let them see the genuiness of your case. We have read here, stories of people who fought a good fight and eventually got their visas. You too can.

Please, I applied for visa for my child (under 18) with a court affidavit but they sent a mail requesting for court order of sole responsibility. Please how do I go about this because the father in question has been absent from our lives.

I am the main applicant and I got my decision letter that my application has been successful on the 14th of September after an empty NSF mail and one paid mail.
However my dependent who is my spouse has not gotten hers. Although she also got an empty NSF mail on the 29th of August 2023.
I did a paid mail for her and the response was that "the application is being considered and is awaiting decision" on the 18th September which is today .
Please is it advisable to reply UKVI requesting for escalation? And also, is it advisable for the main applicant to withdraw from the proof of funds and leave the one that covers only the dependent in the account.

Since the feedback from your school is not that favourable, I think your decision to withdraw your visa may be a right step in the right direction.
