I mounted the dish today, everything seem to be working fine now but I started seeing this on my starlink account this evening ,does it mean I'm owing them already, I thought they say is 30 days free trial, plus I ordered my starlink 31st August & recieved it yesterday, so how come?

Your 30 days free trial started when you paid for it. Them they cease for that one.

Can anyone who recently bought this device confirm if the Router supplied has an ethernet port or not?
I heard there's Gen 3 router with 2 inbuilt ethernet ports. I would like to know if it's now widely distributed.

I think it is still in Beta and even if it is already launched it would take a while before reaching us.

My starlink has been off since morning... I notice i av not received like 2 months invoice which is no fault of mine

I saw a pending payment on my profile sept 18-October 18 (32K) and i clicked pay now.. Also noticed that immediately i clicked pay now, invoice dropped into my Gmail

But now, i am still offline. I have raised a ticket with respect to this issue

Is anyone here experiencing same issue or anyone being receiving steady invoice and debits into their saved NGN card on their profile?

How long does it take for tickets to be resolved/responded to?

It takes roughly about 2 hours now or more, based on the issue of no connection. Na only them go fit solve that issue.

Na wa for them oo.. Cos no be say mk dem no debit me.. I put card details, money dey inside.. Na Starlink no gree send invoice and debit.

I swear. Still the same, I didn't use it all through the weekend, I powered it on this morning & it was fast but after downloading a file of 7gb, it went back to 4mbp/s
