So Shithole medical professionals are easily accessible for diagnosis and drugs prescriptions than saner climes professionals? So what will make a saner clime person come back home to patronise "Shithole Chemist" rather than a working system abroad?

1) malaria and some few sickness are not a common sickness over there so getting drugs for them after being infected in Nigeria is complex

2) you can't just go and buy drugs they way they are used to in Nigeria, because you would need Doctors appointment which cost money ( reason doctors are paid well)
So they avoid that by getting them here since the health sector is near primitive/unregulated

Dude, it's not mosquitoes that cause malaria; they're merely spreaders of Plasmodium falciparum, so you need both. In America, Australia and co, Plasmodium falciparum is not allowed to thrive and that's the difference.

Availability I guess.. It's better to pack drugs e.g. malaria, flu etc. from here to their base abroad so they can self-medicate in peace.

Let say you have high blood pressure and using amlodipine, you can get in in any pharmacy in Nigeria without a prescription.
In canada for example, you need to visit a doctor to get assessed and then get a prescription as it should be.
There is a reason those medications are called prescription only medication.

It's because Nigerians are used to self prescription. They buy Antibiotics to treat a viral infection or anti malaria to treat any type of fever.
In the abroad, you can't buy antibiotic without doctors prescription, or in some other medication cases a Pharmacists prescription.

The above is informed but misses the mark. Go and do your research, more than half of the drugs taken abroad are antibiotics. Your post is what a reasonable person would do; most are not.

All tge drugs expired at home.
We are used to self medication to some extent.

Now, the only thing you will find in my home is para and first aid kit.
