Ilebaye's initial strategy was to flirt and have fun and be the baby of the house. This is the personality she is showing now that she is getting space to breathe.
The other persona you claim is Tacha's script was defense mechanism when she felt threatened. Every human wants to be accepted, it's not matter of script. Some other housemate in Ilebaye's shoes may probably have become a shadow of themselves, licking asses but she stood her ground and fought.
It's natural, fight or flight.
I doubt Tacha was planning to fight too if not that she felt poked and isolated.

I think Baye’s still overwhelmed with joy and she probably forgot to give special thanks to Cross and Pere in the diary room…cos I think she’s appreciated them prior to her diary session.
She even tried to be cordial with Pere after everything he did in the past and she appreciates him,even though she didn’t mention him.
As for cross,she’s still hurting because of how he abandoned her for Kim…at least she made efforts to give him her coins until she was told that he’d nominated her.
I think she’s still loyal to Adekunle (despite how he doesn’t really care about her) because he’s her fellow level up housemate and she wants them to go into the finals together.
It doesn’t mean that she has anything against Pere,Afterall she already forgave him.
See how she hailed Omashola for being a great friend to her,whitemoney for cooking for her and Mercy for being the only bff who looks after her.
