Ilebaye said everyone was needed and she would go speak to Venita as Ceec had suggested. Cross maintained he had to beg her heaven and earth in his time and that she's like that.

Venita on the side has been angry that her idea is sidelined by the boys and kept saying Ilebaye lacks the capacity to make and executive decision. I guess she was expecting Ilebaye to lawd her idea and give her own input the pick.
