I bought a Samsung phone (galaxy a12) from a friend. He's been using it for 2 years before the screen got damaged, I bought the phone from him and got it repaired but he has forgotten the password he used for the phone.

I tried 'factory resetting' it by pressing the volume and power button but it just vibrating ni.

Please how can I unlock it again?

Google it how put it on factory mode

But you still needs your frnds Google mail to gain access to the phone



But I hope is not a stolen phone sha
