Making a name for oneself means creating a reputation for oneself.
Players create reputation through performance.

What kind of quotes were you expecting.
Quotes from journalists or newspaper columns will be deemed subjective.

Below is an image (a screenshot) made from Fotmob showing players ranked according to the number of chances created. This is purely an objective representation, not subjective.

Nwakali is still a rookie in the Portuguese league.
that’s good, let’s see if any of braga, sporting, porto or benfica will sign him at the end of the season 🥱🥱

Cus na so stat Dey fly up n down wen em dey proffe but he ended up in a same team almost like the one he left 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Nope domination is not destroying when we are talking in relation to defenders. Destroying defenders is what Ronaldo did in the late 90s. Haland and Salah are not destroying defenders.
Oga mi rest nah!, To destroy teams means to score a lot of goal against them. Why are you trying to twist it. R9 will do more than Haaland and the present 9s we have now.

Nwakali is not a rookie.

He has least 8 years experience as a professional footballer.

A rookie is someone who just started a job and is still in their 1st year of work without previous work experience.

So please stop saying rubbish and talking down Nigeria players that are doing well.

My problem is the term "destroy". You can say Ronaldo would be brilliant. He was quite tactical too. Brilliant with both feet, could drift to both wings. Crazy in dropping deep too.

However, there is a misconception people have with players of the past being more talented than players today. I don't think that is the case.

It is a case of players being more gifted today at defending. It is more organized, more calculated and precise. So it is difficult for players to excel with flair or "destroy" teams are we used to see in the past.

So I have no doubt that Ronaldo would be brilliant, I am saying he would not be that dominating as he was in the past.
Here, he will destroy teams means he will score loads of goals. Man, you will have to give it to R9, most strikers we have now would dread to score against those bad ass defenders Ronaldo faced.
If you ask me, R9 will find easier scoring against these modern defenders, that are always careful not to be booked.
Defenders are more careful now, put this also in the equation.

I guess I just read Rookie in Portuguese league. Meaning your definition of a Rookie means that he is right. I don't think Kel have any experience in Portuguese league 1
I don't think he said that he is a rookie footballer.

If you want to stick to scoring, I believe he will score loads. My point is that he won't have the kind of flair he is known for in the modern game. He won't dribble bpast players with such ease. He won't score as much Solo goals as he was. Etc.

I explained that he won't perform at the level we know Ronaldo for because the intensity and tactical nature of the game is more now.

The point is simple.

what about growth in tactical attacking and the pressing of the attackers in modern era?? Or do the coaches only focus on the defensive side of the game?

Now, attackers are required to contribute more defensively. Which means Les room for flair. Also, the pressing means less energy to zoom past players. That is why it looks as if the current forwards are not as gracious as players of the past but, it has to do with tactical shifts.

In the manner Victor Boniface is regarded as a rookie in the German Bundesliga, in the same way Kelechi Nwakali is a rookie in the Portuguese league.

Context is key, but you failed to grasp it.

If you can't point them out, then you need to apologise.

He also needs to stop missing easy chance’s because he could had scored a brace today. Don’t act like he didn’t have an easy chance to score today. Nigerians are so passionate that, they’re always finding every reason to blame Napoli players when osimehn don’t score while ignoring osimehn weakness. My guy, the grass isn’t green on the other side. No one has even complained about osimehn constant “Complaining attitude”. I think that he is a world class player but we should be unbiased in our analysis it will help him improve

Football is a team sport and we should learn to accept our W and L as a team rather than single outing individuals when things doesn’t go well. Basically, no matter how good you’re, you won’t score every game but it doesn’t mean that your team mates should be vilified when you don’t score and only you should be praised when you score. Let’s be honest, Nigerians are really sensitive with this particular player and it affect their analysis regarding him. A world class player remain a world class player if you identify his weakness

In my opinion Boniface and osimehn are world class strikers and ironically I feel like, they should improve on their “Conversion/chances” rate. But, that doesn’t negate their world class status

Sir Meliforme, rookie in a real definition is someone who is new on a job without experience.

Pls let’s stop using some words to suit our analysis.I am hearing it for the first time that a professional player who has been on the job for some years and moving to a new league is a rookie.

What complaining attitude?

The easiest chance Osimhen got was a slip from Braga. It's not like Napoli were laying it on a plate all game long.
