Kelechi Nwakali could easily have put on a far better performance if the Chaves players could have had better quality. There were two killer passes Kelechi Nwakali gave Sanca that he just refused to pursue. There was a long cross pass he gave Langa that he funnily failed to control. That overhead long ball pass (the big chance created), was criminal of Paulo Victor to fail to control. The free kick that one of the players failed to connect was made.

With a better frontline, Nwakali could easily pull some insane stats. I hope he gets to play in a good side soon.
hmmm 🤔

In my opinion Boniface and osimehn are world class strikers and ironically I feel like, they should improve on their “Conversion/chances” rate. But, that doesn’t negate their world class status
Is too early to tag Boniface world class

Trust me, on the level of strikers nowadays, Boniface is as good as anyone and that makes him world class. He needs to stop missing easy chances

Not sure if Arsenal can afford him plus his style of play doesn't match the Gunners own but hey so did Haaland when he went to Man City.

Personally I would be happy if Osimhen somehow ends up at the Emirates.

charlesemeka85:
arsenal should go all out for him. A striker of his caliber and quality is what they re missing

He will score loads of goals for them

Leave Kog45. He is trying as much as he can to seem neutral when it comes to Nwakali but it is clear he doesn't rate the lad. So how will he analyse right on the lad?

Below is Kelechi Nwakali in the Portuguese Primeira Liga Bwin this season so far.

Kog45, kindly point out the Chaves game where he was average.

Doctor, forget that am trying to be neutral.I rate him or not I will pick Nwakali ahead of Aribo as it stands if I have my way cuz I see him as only midfielder that can give me Mikel at least.

I said Hector is the best Chavez player cuz he is like Vardy to Leicester in Chavez.

Hector is OBVIOUSLY not Chaves' Best player. Not even close.

You put Nwakali and Mikel in the same sentence yet you say he has been average for the two Chaves games you saw. Na wa.

Yes he was average against Fareinse and Moreinense,my opinion.Pls does putting him and Mikel in the same sentence stop him being average in matches.

That is not the point. The fact you putting him as a player close to the Mikel Mould yet always seem to be reserved about him screams some form of contradiction on your part.

Also, he wasn't average against Farense. Nwakali completed the most accurate passes (62) in the entire game for both teams. He was also the most fouled player in that game (was fouled 5x). Additionally he created 2 chances and recorded 20 final third pass entries with 14 recoveries. Average showing?? That is not true.

Also, vs Moreinense, he again wasn't average. He created the most chances in that game (3 created) and also won the most duels (10). He also delivered 14/18 accurate long balls with 13 progressive final third pass entries.
Average again?? Nope Kog, it is not true.

TheSuperNerd:
Only thing that playing Nacho and Lookman showed is that JPes loves to attack. He wanted Goals rain.

But the man still shows ineptness in balancing our midfield dynamics. The way out? I am afraid we are stuck with JPes till Afcon.

I hope he can just manage to find a good enough balance in the middle (not perfect but something not far from it by a few hundred miles) that can enable our attack really wreck havoc on the continent or he should find a way to make our attacking wingers function as extra playmakers VS the TOP Sides, both invertedly and on the outside in sync with their corresponding Fullbacks.

These ways, our attack won't be shackled but free of most limitations to destroy Africa and bring home the Title.

This is Nigeria's chance. Senegal for me is on a decline although they remain strong by reputation and class (which is permanent than form). Egypt is "Play and die for Salah" and Inshallah. CIV is a bunch of above average players with more grit and power than brains. Algeria is also strong but nothing like their 2019 squad. Morocco is possibly the strongest team in Africa now based on Team Chemistry ONLY but Cameroun is not to be taken lightly as they are always a traditionally clutch tournament team. Ghana? They blow hot and cold... and always hot against the GWG.

Look, Nigeria has the best and most dreaded attack in Africa. Best CFs, some of the best Wing forwards/creative attacking wingers. Nigeria also boast decent midfielders albeit functioning unbalanced due to JPes' picks. Our defence is not the strongest but it is decent enough with quality fullback depth and hopefully Torunarigha joining the CB options strengthens that department.

We have what it takes to make it number 4 but it rests on JPes' tactical and technical selections and decisions.

But trust me, the tools are all there. It is more about whether he will recognise he needs a hammer when faced with the problem of nails.

Recall my summary in bold.... Africa should be wary of us but Only one factor determines if or not we conquer. Just one.
