Good evening house. Please I need an urgent response to my question. My agent is requesting me to provide tax clearance certificate which I don't have but I was told it's 150k. Meanwhile, the agent said I can use my wife's own since she has and bears my surname. My question now is that should I go ahead to tender my wife tax clearance certificate added to my application ? Isn't it going to raise a red flag ? Please experts come to my rescue o. I need urgent response. Thanks in anticipation. |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 23 by JMG12: 8:19pm On Sep 21, 2023 |
What do you need a tax clearance certificate for? Are you using a corporate account as POF? If the answer is yes, then you might need it or send him some transaction receipt, make sure the amount on the receipt is reflecting on the bank statement but if otherwise then you don't need a tax clearance certificate Emmanuelvictor: |

Please guys I am planning to reapply, but I’m still using my Uncle as my sponsor. Tuition Fee: $20,250 per session for a 2years program. I have Scholarship of $6,500 with a letter as a proof I was given a discount of $5,000 also, but it only indicate on my Letter of Acceptance. I already paid $5,110,which is above my initial deposit. The last application I showed a POF of 20m, but I was denied. I would appreciate an advice on how much should be in my account for a proof of funds |

Thanks very much sir. Yes I am using a corporate account because it's my personal account tied to my business as I have my CAC certificate added to this. So I have some lump sums again from the sale of my landed properties and business and he says he's stating every transaction to explain the reasons for such lump sums. JMG12: |

DejiiiiB: Total Tuition for 2 years 40,500 Deducting the discount, scholarship and tuition deposit, tuition bal = 28,490 Living expenses for 2 years 20,000 Miscellaneous 4,000 Total 52,490 cad If you want the full funds to be in your acct, then you should show pof of about 35m in your acct. However, if you want some to be in your uncle account, then in total, you guys will have to show more than that. I will advise you submit your statement of accy showing atleast 1 year living expenses and miscellaneous cost then your uncle submits his acct showing your tuition balance and a little bit excess. Then you explain in details how he makes his money and how he will cover the full 2nd year expenses with all supporting docs. 1 Like |

I really appreciate your input I was thinking to make it a co-sponsorship between my dad and my uncle. Dad can handle the tuition while Uncle pay for the Living expenses and I add the miscellaneous from my own personal account. I just feel 35m coming from just one person might need so much explanation on source of income of sponsor. What do you guys think? zubizareta: |

JohnEli: Hello everyone. Please I need your help! I got an email this morning informing me that my admission offer has been revoked due to late registration of classes. I have already sent my passport to the embassy for visa stamping and there is no January intake for my preferred course. Please can anyone help on what to do next. The options presented to me were to apply for another course with a January intake in the same school or to wait and apply for the next intake in September 2024. Is it advisable to change the program to another program and let IRCC know on the portal? Please suggestions and advise are welcome. Thank you in advance. |
