Teettyllayho:January 2024 may be pretty slim. From my experience these schools are pretty fast. Fleming Toronto Campus Fanshawe Also if the course you are applying for is competitive and your are meeting just the minimum requirements, you may not get the offer. If the schools keep requesting more documents, what are missing in the initial application. You can email me if you need a document review or help with admission. |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 23 by kweje: 7:40am On Sep 26, 2023 |
georgeman:Sorry about the refusal. If you can share the reason for the refusal and what you did in your application, people in here would be able to share some thoughts towards getting it right. In the main time, order your GCMS notes to know the VO exact concerns. Refusals can happen in DIY (do it yourself) or assisted applications. Be encouraged. |

Thanks. Here is the reason: I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by paragraph R216(1)(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/sor-2002-227/section-216.html).I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will leave Canada, based on the following factors: Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel for yourself (and any accompanying family member(s),if applicable). You have not provided sufficient documentation to support your or your host's income and assets. What we did was attach the required documents, sop, loa, mbs, tuition deposit, business cac cert, my landed documents and sponsorship documents and bank statement and so on. How can I order for the gcms note pls? |

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 23 by harrisonxury: 9:59am On Sep 26, 2023 |
georgeman: Okay. Just order for the GCMS notes to know the specific reasons for the refusal. And really take your time to correct the issue. Sometimes it could be minor thing that someone didn't take serious... |

From my experience with them, it took 3months and more before they gave some of our applicant admission although it might depend on the program and certificate because what we applied for was a thesis base course bellakay: |

Good morning, sorry about the visa refusal knowing the temporary trauma it can cause, from the message you shared it is possible you missed out on the financial aspect and did not show assets these with other factors are the basis of PPR, SOP, LOA are not just enough os your basic documentation is complete. I will suggest you look into this before reapplying. georgeman: |

zubizareta: Not in all cases, he should prove that he is his brother, get a gift deed or court affidavit concerning the money. I didn't get bank statements from my parents, only letters of Sponsorship and a solid proof that they were my parents (a birth certificate that dates as far back as 2009) |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 23 by zubizareta(m): 11:13am On Sep 26, 2023 |
ExcellenceAb: When you say not in all cases, you have to be specific. I checked from your previous posts you were asking for a GIC, so you probably made an expense from the money after your parents sent it by doing GIC. Wouldn't be surprised your paid up your tuition. No matter the proof of relationship he shows, as long as he just receives a lump sum in his account without demonstrating the money is actually for school expenses and not for demonstrative purposes, then it wouldn't fly if he doesn't attach his brother statement of account. If he isn't using that money received from his brother to do a GIC or pay tuition, then he must attach his brother statement of acct, pay slips and other supporting docs. Even in your case, that a VO approved yours doesn't mean every VO handling same application will overlook the non attaching of your parents statement of acct. Finally, it also depends on how you describe the source of your parents funds in your SOP. 2 Likes |

Please what is the best way to appeal study visa refusal based on "you submitted documentation that lacks authenticity, this has diminished the authenticity of your overall application". Every single document submitted were 100% authentic. It will be extremely stupid of anyone to submit fake documents and risk a Ban. I'm thinking of appealing the refusal. Please what do you think? |

Hello, Good afternoon house, Please I need urgent response pls. I tried to make an FX transfer today for my GIC, and was told by access bank that the limit I can transfer is 10k USD. My GIC is 20,000 CAD which is equal to 15,369.25 USD. My question is, can I raise two GIC deposits? Like with same Canadian bank or two different Canadian banks. PS: was told my limit is 10k usd for a month Pls urgent reply needed. Thanks in advance |
