Yes, you can. I submitted my application on the day our wedding was 1 month old and we both got our visas. But you should make sure you have enough evidence to show that your marriage is genuine

Unfortunately unless your masters is by research you can’t travel with your dependant and they also can’t join you at graduate visa stage if you go down that route after studies

2. Have you gotten your CAS? If not what stage are you in with your admission ?

It is possible but confusing because most Unis will ask if you had previously applied elsewhere, it’s okay to see another application for the same level of education in a different Uni, but to see BSc and MSc that sounds like someone who doesn’t know what he/she wants and can be deemed as ‘not a genuine student’

My advise is stick to one, if you already have a Bsc degree then you should be progressing to a Masters degree

I just received a message from DHL that they are bringing my package from TLS contact. But I have not received any mail from UKVI on the approval of my application. Please should I be worried.

When you get a skilled workers visa or progress to doing a research based masters or PhD then you can bring your dependant

@dduchess90 please I need urgent advice on what to do. MA deadline for resumption is on Monday October 2, and UKVI has not reached out to both MA and dependant. Application was made on the 24th August, biometric TLS Ikeja 30th of August, standard. Since then No nsf, no emails, 2 paid calls on the 19th and 24th September, escalation email on the 20th of September. Currently, decision has still not be yet been made. Is it possible UKVI approves the visa for MA and dependant after resumption deadline? Please I need urgent answer thanks

Thanks for the heads up, the thing is we did traditional marriage and during her visa application she filled her Marital status as single. Thou I didn't plan to migrate, but my business had a huge setback which prompted me to change my mind. My qst is, what do I need in terms of my visa application as regards. Proof of funds
