Go to your DS 160 website input details like you want to retrieve your form, it will two options; view your confirmation page or create new application. Click on new application and continue with the whole process as displayed.

This will generate a new DS 160 confirmation number and also show you all your previous information filled , go through, fill and edit, upload pic, Sign and submit.

Then go to the appointment website, click on update profile, change the DS 160 confirmation number to the new one and click save.

That should take you back to the homepage, click on appointment confirmation, it will generate your new appointment confirmation having your new DS 160 number without changing your appointment date. you can then email or print it.

If you help someone fill any application, always have then review what you did before submitting.
You can fill another DS160 and include the middle name. Then update the new number in ustraveldocs
You can update ustraveldoc profile info. Not sure you'd still have same date, but the possibility of getting other dates before 06/24 is high.
Have him/her review before you submit again.

So I’m still in school, I’m doing my bachelor’s degree but I’m in final year already. I plan on going to the US after my final exams for holiday. The trip will be sponsored by my mom and also I have few friends there that wants me to stay with them when I come so accommodation won’t be an issue.
My question here is how do I go about it?
What do I need to apply? Why medical exams do I need to undergo? What are the fees? What are my chances of visa approval? Do I need to apply with my mom as she is of a high position in her company to increase my chances? I mean I’ll apply under her as her dependant I’m 20 years old.. will that work?? And also I was rejected twice by the Canadian embassy when I applied for my student visa for my bachelor’s degree. Reason for the first was ‘I am not satisfied you will leave Canada at the end of your stay based on your personal assets and financial status when I first applied I was just 18 and my mom had about 140k cad when converted in her account. So I tried applying again boosted my pof and had about 240k cad . She included sponsorship letter, cac, previous visas and passport and any other thing you can think of but I was still denied. Reason same as the first

Do you think this will affect my chances of a visa approval?

They also wont take it from you at your interview.
You cant scan and upload it, so it is useless to a large extent
Invitation Letter helps your application to the rate or about 2.5%. It's almost irrelevant.

You might be lucky that u know the procedure about travels but i doubt at 20yrs years old that u hv any knowledge then rather the information u gathered from people and experience hv shaped u over time . He is a young chap already thinking of how to hv a good future which is commendable as many kids at that age is bothered with inconsequential things . Yes he is educated and schooling but does it now mean he should be knowledgeable about travels given his age ? Help where u can as we all started somewhere, going ahead to type in spanish to discourage someone else from helping the young chap is irrelevant. Secondly, How do I summarize the reasons for the divorce in a precise and straight to the point way? But still explanatory? (A lot happened oh). Is there something like the right key words to use?
What is on our decree nisi is dessertion of matrimonial home and the marriage has broken down irretrievably. Do I stick to that? Is it explanatory enough? I just don't want to have issues with my renewal because of his stay there. Has anyone faced same situation? Your input will be appreciated.
