Well done my people. Please what does it mean when a student is applying for a skilled worker dependent visa “completed the course they were sponsored to study” Can they apply after the date on their CAS if their CAS course end date is Sept 22nd 2023? Or they have to wait till graduation or after the visa on their Brp ends. |

koonbey: No, applying for a UK provisional license does not invalidate your international driver's license in the UK. However, once you pass your UK driving test and obtain a full UK driving license, you will no longer be able to use your international driver's license in the UK. 2 Likes

ahjay: That's exactly what I said: 'Your UK license is not an additional license. Once you acquire that, it supercedes all other permission to drive.' The second sentence is a reference to provisional vs full license, not international licenses. |

AgentXxx: Yes, they can apply after the course end date on the CAS even b4 graduation. This is exactly my case as an ex student. I'm waiting for the course end date on my CAS to pass b4 I can switch to a skilled worker dependant visa. The only way around this rule is if the work start date on the COS is after the course end date on the CAS, then you can switch even b4 your course end date. 1 Like |

Dependent Skilled Worker Visa doesn’t need a COS to switch as the person in question CAS end date has elapsed but graduation is next year and she wants to switch to her husband’s skilled worker visa so she is trying to find out if she can do that now. Thanks for answering but do you have anyone who has passed through this. cbn4main: |

Teedol: Trust issues. Na why teachers after teaching you, they will ask do you understand, you go answer yes, do you understand very well, yes. Them go still go set exams. I said I understand, why not let the matter end there. After all if you've been driving for one year, why not just take the test and pass. 1 Like |

Please does anyone know if the online passport application tracker actually works. I renewed my daughters passport in July but its at "application received by the centre" since then without moving to the next stage. Do I need to worry about this? |
