Impersonation is a very big crime in the international community and he will have to wary of being sued for Impersonation in United States courts

I dont know the legal and constitutional implications if Tinubu's certificate turns out to be fraudulent. However, the ethical implications is that Tinubu's position as President will no longer be tenable. It would be thoroughly embarrassing to have a President whose credentials are proved to be fraudulent. The national assembly will have no choice but to impeach him
