That is the point Turley is simply trying to make which is apparently too hard lfor some people to grasp; The circumstantial evidence currently available is not enough to impeach Biden on its own but is enough to open an inquiry. The whole point of that inquiry is to uncover Direct evidence that would support articles of impeachment.

It’s really simple if these folks will just put their fealty for Biden aside for one second and apply their common sense.
