What he said might be overreaching, but fact is, the US has used (and still uses) terrorists and Jihadist to acheive it's geopolitical objectives. And most times, directly or indirectly responsible for creation (as well as funding) of these terrorists. Al qaeda and Taliban is a blowback of US funding Afghan Mujahideen during Soviet/Afghan war. While ISIS is a blowback of Iraq invasion of 2003. You might also want to do a thorough investigation of those "moderate rebels" they're funding in Syria to oust Assad.

And the honest truth is that the Ukraine aggression towards Donbass regions since 2014 is wrong. Russia is right to annex those regions away from Ukraine.
