BOLA TINUBU LOSES AGAIN AS U.S JUDGE ORDERS RELEASE OF ACADEMIC RECORDS, DEPOSITION OF CSU OFFICIALS, WARNS AGAINST FURTHER APPEALS
U.S Judge Nancy Maldonado has adopted all the ruling of Magistrate Judge Jeffrey Gilbert of the U.S District Court, Northern District of Illinois, ordering the immediate release of the academic records of Bola Tinubu by the Chicago State University.
Judge Maldonado gave CSU until 12noon on Monday to release the documents and the deposition of officials of CSU completed by 5pm CDT on Tuesday.
The Judge further warned Tinubu against further appeal as the Court would not entertain such.

This court system in America is timeously accurate and within time.

It is waste of resources reading law in Nigeria.

One case can take years to dispense.

I knew of a case in lagos state that took more than 20years to close.

Nigerian judicial system is just a tool the rich use in punishing and abusing the poor...

One man that built our house then, said he worked with minimah na top fed contractor then.
He was husband to former fed house member iquo minimah.
The man owed them wages after they had worked for him, he approached court to get the man to pay him, that was one of the worst thing that happened to him.
He said the day of hearing, no representative from defendant, the court go adjourned.
They adjourned tire no evidence...
Na so he lost money wey he for take chop to his attorney...
The man still didn't pay them the money owed...

I knew this news was legit when I saw it on tiktok. What ever tinubu is hiding will be reviled finally. My happiness is that Peter obi didn't file this case if not the hatred towards igbos will be worse.
