Apparently, Judge Nancy Maldonado has ruled in favor of Atiku Abubakar in his suit against Chicago State University and has denied the appeal filed by the Intervenor, Mr. Tinubu.

The judge ordered the Chicago State University to release Bola A. Tinubu’s Academic Records. She gave tomorrow Monday 2nd October as the deadline.

She also ordered that deposition of the Chicago State University must be completed by 5:00 p.m. CDT on Tuesday, October 3, 2023.

Interestingly, Judge Maldonado also cautioned that any request for a stay of this judgement pending appeal against her judgment to the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeal will be denied.

I dont know if there is something in Tinubu's CSU records he wants hidden, but if there is, it will be in Atiku's hands by Tuesaday, and you can bet that Atiku will not waste time exposing it to the world

Personally, I would love to know how a man with no record of attending primary or secondary school made it to CSU

To think that he is a master tactician as the president of this country and yet many of ur tribal men and women are here begging online for economic survival,means u don't know what a master tactician is.
