Tinubu knew he would be president since 25th Feb, yet he couldn't plan ahead. He would have increased minimum wage alongside subsidy removal at the same time to manage inflation. Now it's late! Tinubu is no different from Buhari, just better media management. 58 Likes 3 Shares |

accordadoga30: We should Commend the confusion going on in this current Tinubu government The president made a statement in the morning, stating that the N25,000 six months provisional wage increase is for low grade workers, few hours later the chief of staff countered it by saying that the provisional wage increase is for all workers Who do we believe now 37 Likes 4 Shares |

politicoNG:Tinubu is not in the know of how to lead this country, after 6 months what happens? How much is fuel now, N25000 can't fill your tank. How will this government get money to pay, unless the poor is taxed more. 14 Likes 1 Share |

Very disgraceful Are Nigerians this cheap? The FG should stop playing this game of pittance for peasants. Anything below 80k is not acceptable They should also take steps to reduce the price of foodstuffs. Allow the importation of rice to force down the price Ensure security of farmlands along the north central and north west farming belt to improve farm outputs. The major driver of the cost of living crisis in Nigeria is the prices of foodstuffs and consumables. 19 Likes 2 Shares |

This is nothing compared to the effect of petrol price increment and the high cost of goods and services. But knowing the government make we collect this one first and continue our agitation for a minimum wage increment. Hope labour no go call off their plan strike with these peanuts Civil servants are just about 10% or even less of the population. What happens to the remaining 90%? How will they survive? How about the state and LGA workers and those in the private sector? How about the sick economy and the weak naira? Without a doubt a lot more still needs to be done. 3 Likes 1 Share |
